Tamed is an interesting concept. Henderson, a greedy corporate magnate creates a business around selling werewolves as pets. They are guaranteed safe and the public adores them. There are some dirty secrets behind WereHouse. Christine, a paramedic who is bitten by a rogue werewolf, becomes a pawn in Bernard Henderson’s plans. Help comes from an unexpected place.
I found the story a little predictable. I would have liked to have seen a little more character development to show why the people do what they do. Some of their decisions which are necessary for the plot come across as truly bizarre. Having said that, I enjoyed the book. The story as I said is original and it flows along nicely. There are a few very nicely written scenes which make the read worth while.
I wouldn’t heartily recommend this book to someone, but neither would I try to dissuade them from reading it.
